Origins of ThetaHealing™


In 1995, Vianna Stibal, founder of Theta Healing, and at the time a neuropath, massage therapist and intuitive reader was diagnosed with bone cancer in her right femur. Doctors insisted on amputating in order to give her “more time to live”.

As a single mother of three, her determination for healing was dire and strong. Vianna tried conventional and alternative medicine and everything failed.
She continued to pray and applied the simple technique she used in readings on her clients to heal. She applied this technique and instantly healed her leg, which was reduced by almost eight centimeters compared to the left, immediately returned to its normal size.

The doctors confirmed the healing with a negative biopsy. Vianna had witnessed instant healings from the Creator with her clients, but with this jolting experience, she dedicated more time and energy into her technique. She was curious about this miraculous healing and became more determined, intuitive and connected to the Creator through this quest.

Originally coined the Orian Technique, Vianna searched out help from a physicist. She knew deeply that God could heal instantly, but wanted to understand how. With an electrocephalograph it was discovered that the simple technique tapped into Theta brain waves.

Over the many years of practicing this technique on clients, Vianna believes that in order for instant healings to take place, one must be in a Theta state. Through tens of thousands of clients, she has discovered not only an amazing way to connect with the creative energy that moves all things, but that this energy can be used to change instantly beliefs and feelings that are linked to sickness.

What is almost more profound is that this technique can be taught to others. Everyone has intuitive gifts and is able to learn how to reach this state and witness the healings. People are learning this beautiful and powerful technique all over the world to help heal themselves and others.
