I started my Theta Healing path one year ago. Until that period I had never heard about this technique.

I fell in love immediately with Theta Healing. I had done some other spiritual paths already but I always had the sensation that something was missing and only later I understood this better when I learnt about the Seven Plans of Existence.
The Seven Plans of Existence are explained in the Basic seminar among many, many other things.

Something I still remember about my first Theta Healing experience was the last exercise we made at the seminar that was reading someone else future. The teacher said that, no matter was strange could be what we might see, we should have shared with the companion we were working with. I was amazed from the fact that I immediately had a first demonstration of how Theta Healing works. In reading the future of the girl, I saw a couple of her friends coming to see her, I saw their aspect and I described it to her not understanding the meaning of what I saw. At the end of the seminar these two friends that she really didn’t expect to see, came to visit her. In that moment I understood that I had took part to something great. This was the first experience of Theta Healing in my life and of course everyone experienced something extraordinary during this first seminar.

With Theta Healing I have been always felt safe and secure and touched by the beautiful sensation of being in the Energy of the Love of the Creator of All That Is. I was and I am grateful to have the opportunity to get in touch with this Energy and to be an instrument for helping myself and other people. I have seen changes in myself and in other people lives in quite a short time.

I attended Basic and Advanced seminars with an Italian teacher and then Abundance and Manifestation and Intuitive Anatomy courses with Cristina. I thank God every day to have met her because she is a wonderful teacher, a beautiful person with a great heart, who shares all her knowledge and experience with us.

I learned a lot from her. She is so clever, she knows how to create a group and she is a great loving and caring Theta Healer.

Abundance and Manifestation was the seminar that brought me people for sessions and where I learnt to overcome the blocks that prevented me from reaching some of my aims. But not only this…

Intuitive Anatomy course was an amazing one for me and I suggest it to everyone. I will go to Riccione where Cristina is teaching this course in March because it is a course that I love deeply and that I like to attend again.
It is such a deep work on ourselves; so beautiful, so important that every day I thank Vianna for having created it and Cristina for having taught it to me.

Thanks to Cristina I overcame some fears, which I have had from a long time, and during this course I looked at all my systems and organs because we worked on them every day in a specific way.

Thanks to Theta Healing I feel stronger, more motivated, more creative and joyful. I have more faith in the future after years in which I was blocked in the past and in some unhappy situations without a good positive perspective of my future.
What’s more I now have more consciousness about my feelings and when I realize that I am unhappy or unhealthy I immediately look for the reason and work on it. In these days I am reading the notes I took during the course, checking where I still have to work and then I make it.

And it is amazing how fast Theta Healing works. No other technique is so fast to overcome traumas, fears, health troubles and much more things and in such a soft way!

And my next step is going to Las Vegas in February where Vianna Stibal will teach Theta Healing for teachers. Honestly the only thought of being there makes me feel happy already.
I never thought that my life could turn in such a positive way.

In May 2010 here in Reno NV those of us in the 3 day seminar on Basic DNA were so pleased and privileged to have Cristina come from Las Vegas to teach us Theta Healing. Thank you Cristina!

Cristina taught us so much! And an added bonus was hearing about all the amazing experiences with Theta Healing in her travels all around the world with Vianna!

Here are some of my experiences with theta:

If I wake up early and want to go back to sleep, I go to theta and magically go back to sleep.

If there’s a physical issue I want to address, I go to theta, which results in an amazing warmth flowing throughout my body and to the affected area. This is a great technique if your hands or feet are cold!

If I’m in a situation waiting for time to pass (and don’t have anything to read with me), I go to theta to soak up the time and find it very relaxing.

When I want to talk to the Creator or my Higher Self directly in conversation or through automatic writing, theta is a great way to put myself in the Now Moment. Being in the Now removes any thoughts of the past or future and keeps one in a state of Presence. This is important for receiving information clearly and objectively. Theta gets me to that “place” quickly so I can begin asking questions right away.

I first experienced going to theta when my husband, Peter Rao and I heard Vianna speak in Las Vegas on 2/13/10 for Theta Healing Day. Vianna was doing a healing with a woman pertaining to forgiveness. Vianna guided all of us through the steps. On this day there was noise in the room which was distracting at times. But suddenly, while Vianna was talking, I experienced a dissipation of the noise in the room. The sound in my ears changed and the energy in my head felt different, plus I felt like I had gone somewhere else in consciousness. Vianna then did a download of forgiveness to the woman she was healing. After that I remember returning to the room in consciousness feeling very light and calm, but also it was apparent that I too had received the download of forgiveness because of the change in my feelings towards a few people who had been an issue for me in the past. Since this event I have felt much more forgiving about everything and everyone which confirms that I too received a healing that day. Now when I go to theta I experience the same sound in my ears and shift in energy in my head. Since the seminar in May I have found that going to theta is easier and quicker because we had much practice going to theta in class. It is second nature now.

Since the seminar Peter and I have been doing much belief work which is very fascinating. You learn so much about yourself! I have always been into self discovery and this just adds so much more depth to my experience.
